Beautiful Encounters: Camille

It was “Le Centenaire”, on rue Amelot, that Camille chose to meet me that late afternoon. I arrived early and took the table facing the intersection. I settled the heavy panier of cameras and ordered my allongé, as usual.

We accepted and posed right there, while enjoying the last minutes of sun and recognizing ourselves as part of the charms that cities like Paris have to offer distracted pedestrians: it was a beautiful scene to behold.

Voilà: the drawings were a delight. We thanked her, we kept the “art that would become a souvenir” and Camille started to tell me excitedly about her new project: Yolaine Paris, her own beauté brand would be launched in a month.

We finished our coffees, paid the bill and took a stroll around the surroundings by clicking La Beauté. When we said goodbye, she took her favorite dress and I received a beautiful gift, the details of which are still a secret because the official launch of her brand will be on October 13th.
