Exchanges and Returns
We offer a period of 7 days after receiving the product to request an exchange or return using the form above.
After approval of the exchange request, the customer will receive a reverse logistics code for shipment through the nearest post office.
*Except for exchange or return of products on sale. In these cases, we do not cover shipping.
Remembering: When requesting an exchange or return action (coupon or reversal) you will not be able to make the change after payment or receipt of the coupon.
The order must be returned in the original packaging along with the invoice and label affixed to the piece, without showing any signs of use.
ALL EXCHANGES AND RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN OUR POLICIES.
RETURN DUE TO WITHDRAWAL/REPENTANCE
We request a period of 10 consecutive days to analyze the conditions of the product until the refund is authorized.
Reimbursement: The value of the products purchased, when reimbursed, will always be refunded according to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Purchases made with a credit card can be reversed in up to 02 invoices. The credit card operator can reverse the total purchase amount in a single invoice or, if the purchase is made in installments, reverse the amount in installments, so that the purchase installment is included in the invoice and then its reversal.
Returns will not be accepted without prior notice or in disagreement with the previous provisions.
EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER PIECE/SIZE
Once the exchange part is in our hands, we will generate a shopping voucher for the value of the product, which will be sent by email. This voucher has no expiry date and can be used however you like.
The use of the shopping voucher to purchase the same item in a different size is subject to availability of the item and size. To complete the exchange process, you need to make a new purchase on the website, and if the amount is less than R$600 (minimum for free shipping), a new shipping fee will be charged.
RETURN IN CASE OF DEFECT
It is possible to claim the defect of the product within a period of 90 (ninety) days, from the date of receipt of the product. If the product defect is not remediable, the customer has the right to demand an exchange or choose to cancel the purchase. If the customer wants to exchange the product, he will receive a coupon for the value of the same, which will be sent by email with a period of use of 30 consecutive days.
PURCHASE EXCHANGE WITH DISCOUNT COUPONS
The discount coupons eventually offered are for single use. If you have made a purchase using the coupon and request the exchange or return of that order, the credit amount offered will be equivalent to the amount paid , without considering the coupon discount. That is, if you wish to exchange for an equal piece, there will be a difference in value.
Freight expenses for returns and exchanges within the terms and conditions stipulated in this Policy will be borne by Luisa Meirelles. We will send you a free postage coupon, so that you can send us the merchandise to be exchanged or returned through a post office.
If you wish to exchange more than once, all shipping costs will be charged.
EXCHANGE OF PARTS IN THE PROMOTION
Send your box to us with label and invoice. We do not cover exchange or return shipping on sale items. Our address is the sender already saved in the box:

When the part arrives to us, the exchange team will assess its conditions and return by email.
CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN
Whenever you exchange or return a piece, be aware that you are respecting the rules below:- We will not accept washed, used or odorous products. - Items with changes made by the customer cannot be returned.
- The piece must be intact, with the label affixed.
- The part to be returned must be within the exchange period.
- If misuse of the part by our team is identified, the return will not be accepted.
All products received will be subject to an evaluation, with the aim of verifying whether the return meets the requirements stipulated in this Policy.

For all return requests, please send an email to email@example.com with your order number, the reason for your return and the product(s) concerned.
Returns are at the customer's expense and are made at the customer's risk via the transporter of his choice.
Once the package is received and in conformity, your refund will be made within 15 days directly to the payment method used to validate the order.
Please note: - Only products not worn, not washed, not soiled with their original labels are refunded.
