You can pay for your order via:

- Bank transfer
For purchases made via bank transfer or bank slip, non-payment of the order will automatically cancel the order within 2 business days.
We will not keep any of your payment information. Transactions made via Credit Card and Boleto are managed by our partners Pagar.me and Paypal, secure payment platforms that have anti-fraud analysis in all transactions.

SHIPPING METHODS - NATIONAL
The shipment of your purchase will be made via CORREIOS , through the delivery method chosen by you, whose value will be calculated based on the SEDEX and PAC table.
We also offer the "Pick up in store" method, if you prefer to make the purchase online and pick up the order at our boutique, located at Rua Constante Sodré, 929, Vitória - ES . In this case, we will send you an email informing you that the order is available for collection.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING / INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide and you can checkout with Paypal and DHL for international delivery . Orders placed are subject to customs duties , or import taxes and charges . To find out the amount of customs fees before you buy, we suggest that you contact the customs authorities in your country. They usually correspond to a percentage of the value of the imported goods.
Once your order has arrived at its destination, the independent customs authorities in your country may contact you to request payment of these customs fees. In this case, you are responsible for paying these charges. If the customs fees are not paid, the package will be returned to the sender and once received, our customer service will contact you and proceed with the refund of your order with your agreement.
ABOUT THE DELIVERY TIME
After confirming the payment in our system, we request up to two business days to send the order. The delivery time informed by the post office system is also always counted in business days. Orders paid via bank slip or bank transfer take up to 72 hours to be released by the bank; Please take this deadline into account when placing your order.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

DIFFICULTIES WITH DELIVERY
In cases of absence of the recipient or incomplete address, your order may be sent back to our distribution center. If this occurs, the shipping cost will be calculated and charged again via bank transfer.
